Before Going into the Hall:
1. Check with the paper that shows the seating arrangement for the Pastors and others. Get the file that contains stickers of Pastors’ names, Sound crew and others. Bring the file along; Stage 1 & 2 should have both. If there are no stickers for a name, ask your section leader to help you print before going into the hall.
2. Check whether there is a pulpit cup for Pastor, check for Pastor Derek’s bible & notebook. Take some extra pens along with you. Make sure the there are 2 ministry boxes & check everything is inside; tissues, blue clothes, plastic bags, etc. When In The Hall: 1. Make sure stage usher (sister) filled up the tumblers, water for the Pastors’ row. The bottles are to place below every seat before cgls come in. 2. Bulletins for the artist rooms, around 7 for each room.
3. Make sure ministry boxes are placed behind the curtains. 2 boxes at both sides of the hall.
4. Make sure stickers are to be stick on allocated seats for Pastors, Sound crew, ushers. Use an A4 size paper as a rough gauge for the stickers to be stick. In the middle, every seat try to be exact.
5. Inform Hotel 1 that your zone and yourself with Stage 1 is ready. When doors open, fill up 1st 3 rows of alpha immediately with mature members and cgls. In a way to help build up the atmosphere and to help them in a way gain as much from the preacher.
6. Constantly work with Stage 1, your status on your side of the 1st 3 rows. No need keep communicating through comms, but maybe show signs or signals.
7. Check with the security at what time or before or after what will the pulpit moves. Then later on, start of 1st worship, go to logistics and take the pulpit cup and go to artiste room to prepare. Inform Stage 1 beforehand. Pulpit cup should be washed 1st then filled up 1/3 of cold water then 2/3 of warm water. Then use a straw to test whether the warmness of the water.
8. Then inform Stage 1 you’re ready, standing by behind stage area (left side). When security brings out the pulpit, move after they start walking a few steps, try to get the right timing.
9. Return to your seat, then when offering message is being preached, stand with Stage 1. When Pastor needs a offering envelop or a pen, quickly bring both to him. Then when collecting buckets, if no ushers are there to collect, help them collect.
10. Quickly return to your seat, listen to the preacher. Be sharp and focus at the same time on both sides, on the set and on the preacher. If the Pastor needs anything or drops anything, immediately go forward and help.
11. Then if there’s laying of hands, bring out the ministry boxes. Or if there’s altar call, help with the flow infront.
End of Service:
1. Make sure to collect the pulpit cup and wash it thoroughly and wrap it with tissues. Then place it back at logistics.
2. Make sure hall setback is done within a period of time. Inform Hotel 1 to get brothers for you if there isn’t any. Alpha 1 & 3, 4 rows to be removed and place back at the storerooms beside stage.
3. Then return everything back to logistics, like the files for the stickers, pens and ministry boxes.
