Pre-Service Planning:
- Position of the ushers before and during the service, especially between points that involves two Hotels. Eg, acupoints, svc flow etc.
 - Defining Area of responsibility and our position during svc so as to maximize our coverage effect.
 - How communication between us will be carried out, while minimizing the use of the comm set.
 - Pre-empt some possible scenarios and devise some solutions.
 
- What are their responsibilities.
 - Where can they find me should anything they can't handle arise.
 - Any questions that they may have.
 
I'll clarify with Hotel 1 before the general briefing about certain questions:
- What is the estimated flow today?
 - How many rows for South 1-3 will be closed?
 - Any special instructions or special handouts?
 
At the same time, i will do arrangement accordingly should any unforseen circumstances occur. (eg, usher didn't come, etc)
During Service:
During service, i will place myself somewhere that i can see most of the south areas and will be moving around and welcoming people into the hall from the lift lobbies and address any arising problems.
- Possible cases, i'll take haft of the hall while hotel 4 takes the other 1.
 - So to maximize coverage.
 
When sermon starts i will take one lift lobby to welcome latecomers and anyone leaving early.
Post Service:
- How do you think this service went?
 - What good things have you or the others done?
 - What are some things that can be improved?
